Senior Level Client Relations Specialist

ProSidian is seeking a Senior Level Client Relations Specialist for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Client Relations Specialist Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Client Relations Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee client relationship strategies.
  • Conduct regular account reviews.
  • Resolve high-level service issues.
