Overview:

INTECON is seeking a Squadron Stan/Eval EFB Coordinator to support Air Mobility Command (AMC) flying squadrons by maintaining aircrew evaluation records, testing materials, qualification status, and recurring Stan/Eval reporting. This role supports the squadron's ability to track evaluation requirements, maintain qualification visibility, and provide accurate status information to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain flight testing materials.
  • Update data in GTIMS, future equivalent systems to GTIMS, and locally developed computer database systems as required.
  • Maintain paper or digital aircrew records (as applicable), and complete annual reviews of member's records.
  • In-process and out-process squadron members in records system.
  • Interface with HARM/SARM and personnel to update ARMS or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
  • Coordinate with training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFMAN 11-202V2 and AFMAN 11-2MDS-V2 as well as associated MAJCOM/Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.
  • Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
  • Generate the following reports/forms as required:
    • Provide a Squadron Check Ride Status Report and evaluation and testing status and trend data reports.
    • Provide data to OGV for standardization evaluation board (SEB) and as required by Sq/CC or OGV
    • Provide GTIMS shells for AF Form 8, Certification of Aircrew Qualification
  • Provide data as required for monthly Squadron Training Review Panels (STRP) and Squadron Certification Boards
    • Provide Aircrew Qualification Level Summary (Letter of Xs) and a copy of work and final documents to OSO and Wing Stan/Eval (OGV)
  • Conduct monthly reviews of assigned/attached crew member evaluation dates and provide updates on completion progress as directed by AFI and locally directed guidance.
  • Update training and readiness status of squadron personnel monthly and attend applicable training meetings.
  • Update the squadron EFB program with every new publication release and Flight Crew Information File release.
  • Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration on EFB devices, to include:
    • Device activation
    • Device/application password reset
    • Device/application unlock
    • Initiate lost mode/device retrieval
  • Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration functions on End User Stand Alone (EUSA) devices, to include:
    • Facilitate EUSA device set-up IAW the MDM provider and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
    • Initiate EUSA device operating system updates as approved by DISA and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
    • Review audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Tier 3 Security Investigation with SECRET eligibility and enrollment in Continuous Vetting required, active SECRET clearance preferred
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Stan/Eval office, flying squadron, HARM/SARM, aviation resource management, or comparable aviation operations support environment
  • Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent systems
  • Experience maintaining evaluation records, qualification status, testing status, or readiness reporting
  • Ability to maintain records, status tracking, and recurring suspense-driven Stan/Eval products
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with squadron leadership, training personnel, scheduling, and support offices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, business, or related field of study
  • Direct military or civilian experience supporting squadrons in similar roles at one or more performance locations.
  • 10 or more years of experience supporting a Stan/Eval office, flying squadron, HARM/SARM, aviation resource management, or comparable aviation operations support environment
