What You’ll Do

  • Design, manage, and optimize relational databases for reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes (SSIS or similar) for data integration and reporting.
  • Create and refine SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support analytics and business decisions.
  • Ensure database security, integrity, and backup/recovery readiness.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective data solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency with ETL tools and data modeling concepts.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning, backup/recovery, and database security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
