We’re people-first, team-oriented, and looking for someone excited to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach, train and lead a team of 2 SQL Application Developers
  • Evaluate and performance tune existing procedures and data
  • Analyze business needs and software requirements to help determine feasibility of work within time and resource constraints
  • Project life cycle involvement – planning, estimates, documentation, development, testing and deployment

What We’re Looking For

We value strong fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to grow. • Required fundamentals:
    • 5+ years of recent experience with MS SQL Server 2016+, preferably in an e-commerce environment
    • Experience with designing SQL Structures and procedures to support highly transactional applications.
    • Experience fine-tuning SQL functions and stored procedures called hundreds or thousands of times per minute.
    • Deep understanding of database design principles
    • Experience with Data modeling
    • Creating tables for relational data, views, stored procedures, and indexes.
    • 3+ years experience leading a team of SQL Developers

Who You’ll Work With

    • Remote: 2 weeks onsite per year
  • Competitive compensation in-line with experience & impact, plus a quarterly bonus program
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plus immediate vesting on your 401k match
  • A people-first culture where curiosity, ownership, and collaboration are valued
  • Opportunities to grow your technical skillset and contribute to impactful, high-visibility products
