Estamos buscando un Document Clerk Specialist - SQF a tiempo completo que desempeñe un papel fundamental en toda la documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Inocuidad Alimentaria (SQF), asegurando que los documentos, registros y procedimientos se encuentren actualizados, controlados y disponibles para cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios, auditorías internas, clientes y certificaciones SQF.
Tu día a día:
- Mantener el sistema de control de documentos del Sistema SQF.
- Crear, registrar, revisar, distribuir y archivar documentos controlados.
- Asegurar que únicamente las versiones vigentes de documentos estén disponibles para uso.
- Brindar apoyo administrativo al SQF Practitioner.
- Preparar la documentación requerida para auditorias.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el sistema documental.
- Apoyar la implementación de nuevos procedimientos.
- Seguir normas de servicio de calidad y cumplir procedimientos y normativas del departamento.
