Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to a Principal of the company, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient management of the executive's daily responsibilities. This role requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality, expectational organizational skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (In Office Position)
Compensation: $75,000-95,000 annually ($36.00 - $46.00/hr.)
Essential Functions:
Honor our value of honesty and transparency

Update and maintain Spread Sheets shared between multiple departments
Build and maintain various records and files
Act as liaison for multiple internal and external relations
Manage and maintain a detailed schedule of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in the tracking of new and upcoming projects
Effectively communicate with external relationships
Effectively communicate with other departments and individuals as needed
Reliable vehicle and good driving record
Screen telephone calls and emails
Attend and take notes during multiple meetings, transcribe minutes from notes
Procure information for materials
Experience in ERP systems – NetSuite preferred
High level of comfort with computers and growing technologies i.e.. AI and Automation
Additional Responsibilities:
· Familiarization of Spyderco products, designs, steels, and materials
· Will be required to learn to use visual tools like magnifying loupes and measuring tools like calipers
· Maintain a working knowledge of specialized issues, events, projects, and Intellectual Property
· Effectively communicate with appropriate staff regarding Spyderco subsidiaries
· Assisting in ordering office supplies as well as supplies for special projects
· Occasional errands and/or working overtime to complete a project with a deadline
· Occasional travel domestic or international for trade shows and or vender visits

Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of proven experience working as an Executive Assistant
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high-level of professionalism
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Proficient with Microsoft Word, computer systems, email communications, phone communications, office technologies, and document management systems
