Job Responsibilities
  • Work as an LPN supporting the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs
  • Facilitate the intake process, including documentation of medical histories and any health issues
  • Assist with medication administration, including verification and monitoring of effects on residents
  • Maintain residents' medical records and charts
  • Help with immunizations, IVs, and blood draws
