Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to devise individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term interventions.
• Document all client interactions and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in comprehensive care plans to enhance overall treatment outcomes, participating in case management discussions when needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training workshops, staying current on evolving mental health best practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to substance use. You’ll be instrumental in guiding clients towards healthier mental states by offering them tailored therapeutic approaches. Your clinical expertise will help foster a supportive environment for your clients, empowering them to thrive in their personal and social lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas is required.
• At least two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desired.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in clinical practice is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we offer an incentive bonus structure aimed at rewarding successful clinical outcomes and client satisfaction.
