This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in workflow and the ability to balance personal and professional obligations effectively. Despite the remote setting, our team remains interconnected through regular virtual meetings, collaborative case discussions, and training sessions. We also operate an outpatient office in Worcester, providing additional access to resources and support when needed. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and conditions utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic conversations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges and goals of each client, focusing on actionable and measurable outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities, ensuring clients feel supported and engaged throughout the counseling process.
• Facilitate group therapy and family counseling sessions, cultivating a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences and insights.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress indicators.
• Collaborate closely with various mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, attending workshops and trainings to enhance skills and remain informed about advancements in mental health care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Spring Health, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of our clients is crucial for tailoring effective treatment strategies. Your role will be instrumental in fostering an environment of trust and empowerment, encouraging clients to share their stories and contribute to their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and interdisciplinary setting.
• A strong understanding of various mental health treatment options and evidence-based practices relevant to client needs.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) and clinical documentation software.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children or individuals with trauma histories, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and online therapeutic platforms is a plus, as these tools enhance our remote counseling capabilities.
• Previous engagement in community outreach programs or workshops that promote mental health awareness.

Spring Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to encourage immediate engagement.
