CNC Torin Spring Coiler Setup Technician (Torsion Springs)

JonSpring Co., Inc.

JonSpring Co., Inc. is a well-established spring manufacturing company with more than 40 years of experience producing high-quality precision springs for customers across a wide range of industries.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Torin Spring Coiler Setup Technician with a strong background in torsion spring manufacturing to join our production team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Torin spring coiling machines
  • Produce high-quality torsion springs to customer specifications
  • Perform machine programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Read engineering drawings and production documentation
  • Verify product quality using precision measuring equipment
  • Optimize machine performance and minimize downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience setting up CNC Torin spring coiling machines (required)
  • Experience operating Torin 10-size through 12-size machines
  • Torsion spring manufacturing experience is required
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
