  • Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
  • Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
  • Show customer vehicle options.
  • Do a walk-around for vehicles with a description.
  • Take customers who can test drive.
  • Work numbers.
  • Retrieve credit applications.
  • Work side by side with the manager to sell the vehicle.
