What is Spring Training?

Spring Training also gives coaches an opportunity to evaluate new talent and finalize team rosters. Fans often attend these games to get a closer look at players and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere compared to regular-season games.

Job description

24 hrs/week | June – September | Mon & Fri + one other weekday | 9–5 EST

What's the job?

We're looking for someone to jump in this summer and help keep our operations running smoothly. Think real-time shipment tracking, talking to drivers when things go sideways, and making sure customers always know what's going on with their vehicles.

Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, global mobility programs, and MLB teams and players — so staying sharp and professional matters.

What you'll actually be doing:

Tracking shipments and flagging issues before they become problems

Keeping customers updated via phone, email, and text — proactively, not reactively

Working directly with carriers to sort out pickup and delivery hiccups

Jumping on delays and schedule changes in real time

Keeping your notes and system updates accurate and current

You'd be a great fit if you:

Can juggle multiple active issues without losing track of the details

Communicate clearly and calmly, even when things are moving fast

Don't need someone looking over your shoulder to stay on top of things

Are genuinely comfortable being on the phone

What you'll need:

Reliable transportation

Available Mon & Fri + one other weekday, 9–5 EST

Why it's worth your time:

This isn't a sit-and-wait kind of role. You'll get real hands-on experience in logistics coordination, carrier management, and high-volume customer communication — great for anyone building ops experience or staying active between full-time gigs.
