As a Marketing Intern focused on Bass Category Innovation & Trends, you'll help uncover what's next in the world of fishing-from emerging techniques to cutting-edge bait designs. Your insights will directly influence future product development and marketing strategies for leading brands like Berkley and Savage Gear.
What will you do?
  • Identify emerging bass fishing techniques, bait styles, and rigging trends across avid and tournament anglers
  • Analyze trends across setups, line, terminal tackle, bait design, and fishery patterns
  • Research how trends originate and track how they evolve across regions and angler segments
  • Translate insights into new product ideas for future innovation pipelines
  • Support bait ideation and concept development for Berkley and Savage Gear
