About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our senior leadership team in advancing our overall marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience working closely with senior-level executives while contributing to high-impact marketing initiatives.


The intern will assist with both strategic and tactical marketing activities, including refreshing key company materials, re-implementing the company website, and helping build assets that support our long-term vision.


Key Responsibilities


  • Refresh and update the company overview document
  • Refine and enhance company capabilities materials
  • Support the re-implementation and refresh of the company website (content updates, structure, messaging alignment, and coordination as needed)
  • Assist in executing components of the overall marketing strategy
  • Develop and update marketing collateral and presentation materials
  • Conduct light market and competitive research as needed
  • Collaborate with senior executives to ensure messaging aligns with company vision
  • Provide general marketing support across various initiatives



Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (PowerPoint/Slides proficiency preferred)
  • Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar) is a plus
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
