Job description

Position Title: Office Clerk

Location: Flat Rock, MI

Pay rate: $18.00 hourly, Weekly pay on Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lab Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating testing activities, and supporting a clean, efficient lab environment. This role requires strong written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clean and safe work areas to self and others
  • Scheduling & tracking of all sample pick-ups
  • Able to track incoming email request and designate testing priorities (spreadsheet)
  • Document various test results into computer system and interpret when actions are needed based on results obtained.
  • Keep track of testing totals per designated spreadsheet.
  • Communicate status of testing to all interested parties
  • Dispatch & coordinate Outside Client request & test results
  • Any assignments given by Lab Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work around moving machines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office/Excel experience
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment as well as multi-task.
  • Must be organized and capable of retaining records.
