Position Overview: 

Our Medical Assistants are versatile and fully trained in care coordination, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato therapy. This role is one of the most desirable and important positions within our support staff, offering a unique opportunity to expand your skills and contribute to a positive healthcare environment. We are looking for a full-time team member who is driven, charismatic & dependable. Hours would be Monday: 9am-6pm & Tuesday to Friday: 8am-5pm. Responsibilities: 

  • Manage patient care including checking patients in, collecting vital signs, and preparing patients for Spravato and TMS treatment.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain patient charts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between providers and patients.
  • Handle financial aspects such as collecting payments and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar role.
