Position: Outpatient Psychiatrist

We are recruiting an Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for the greater Austin, Texas market to partner with us in achieving our mission.

As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will work in a collaborative care team with prescribers, therapists, and support staff. You will provide evidence‑based, measurement‑based care to patients across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions and age ranges. The role includes supervising APPs (PMHNPs/PAs) and may involve learning advanced modalities such as TMS and Spravato at certain locations. You will work a hybrid schedule, generally three days on site and two days telehealth, with the option of a four‑day work week and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications
  • Active license in Texas.
  • ABPN board‑eligible or board‑certified in psychiatry.
  • Active DEA license and active controlled substance license in Texas.
  • Passion for high‑quality mental healthcare and desire to see a general spectrum of conditions and age ranges.
  • Enthusiasm for supervising APPs (PMHNPs/PAs).
