The Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative functions and ensuring a smooth sales process from proposal to close. This position serves as a trusted partner to sales representatives, providing operational support, maintaining accuracy in sales documentation, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule in accordance with the Company’s in-office work policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and draft customer proposals, pricing presentations, and sales documentation.

  • Create and manage quotes, opportunities, and related records within Salesforce.

  • Conduct rate and pricing comparisons to support competitive sales strategies.

  • Assist with contract preparation, application processing, and onboarding documentation.

  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in CRM systems.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of sales-related requests.

  • Support sales representatives with reporting, pipeline management, and follow-up activities.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales organization.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Previous experience in sales support, account management, customer success, or administrative roles preferred.

  • Our base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000/year.
