The Brand Content Creator is a marketing operator and hands-on creative responsible for both the day-to-day execution of IRONCLAD's marketing engine and the creation of high-quality visual content. This is not a traditional social media or videography role. The right person is equally comfortable organizing marketing operations, managing digital platforms and content calendars, and picking up a camera to shoot and edit content.

Description Marketing Operations
  • Own day-to-day execution of IRONCLAD's marketing calendar, campaigns, activations, and priorities.
  • Maintain sales and marketing CRM, trackers, schedules, and operational systems.
  • Coordinate content, approvals, launches, newsletters, partnerships, and marketing deliverables.
  • Maintain visibility into marketing performance, priorities, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Support reporting, brand briefs, case studies, press releases, and other marketing communications.
Content Creation & Production
  • Shoot high-quality photo and video content across IRONCLAD productions, events, studio activity, and company initiatives.
  • Capture compelling BTS, social-first, promotional, and brand content.
  • Edit short-form video, photography, promotional pieces, recaps, and social content.
  • Turn IRONCLAD's long-form productions and daily activity into engaging short-form content.
  • Maintain an organized library of photo, video, and creative assets.
  • Create marketing graphics and other visual assets as needed.
Social & Digital
  • Own execution of the weekly social media content calendar.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Understand platform-specific content, trends, hooks, pacing, and audience behavior.
  • Maintain IRONCLAD's digital presence across social, YouTube, website, Shopify, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.
  • Monitor / report analytics and use performance data to improve future content.
  • Provide creative assets and marketing collateral to support Sales, Leadership, partners, and major company initiatives.
  • Support campaigns, giveaways, events, launches, and customer/partner activations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to create content, strengthen the brand, and support company priorities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Proven photographer, videographer, and editor with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital content strategy.
  • Comfortable balancing creative work with administrative and operational responsibilities.
