Job description

Job Summary

The Sports Bet Agent processes sports bets, manages player registrations, and ensures compliance with local regulations. Key responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining accurate records, and promoting responsible gambling. You will provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues while ensuring a secure and organized betting environment.


Education & Experience

• Minimum Age: 18 years old, as required by Puerto Rico law for individuals involved in gaming operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior cashier, customer service, or player registration experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of sports betting operations and terminology is a plus.

• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle cash accurately and securely.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

• Must pass a background check as per the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission's requirements.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Physical Requirements

• Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

• Ability to stand during entire shift.

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
