Employees at a sports store assist customers in finding and purchasing sports equipment, apparel, and accessories. They provide product knowledge, answer questions about different sports gear, and help customers choose the right items for their needs. Staff may also handle inventory management, restocking shelves, and processing transactions at the checkout. Additionally, they ensure the store is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

These abilities are crucial for driving store performance, maintaining efficient operations, and building customer loyalty in a competitive retail environment.
