Job description

Location: 3300 IN-32 C, Westfield, IN 46074 | (317) 804-2386
You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Westfield, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results - with a direct path to running your own store.
What you'll make
  • $26-$35/hr - you're never working for commission alone
  • Tips - you're still behind the chair, and our guys tip well
  • Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate
  • Star Level pay bumps: hit your numbers and your hourly rate goes up, permanently - Rising Star, Star, All Star, MVP, Platinum
  • Quarterly Team Bonus: more $/hr for everyone when the store hits its goal - and you're the one driving it
  • Paid leadership training, no chemical services, no 12-hour days

What you'll do
  • Run the floor when the Store Manager is off - opening, closing, and keeping the wait times down
  • Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores
  • Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles
  • Set the example behind the chair - you're still cutting, and you're the standard
  • Train as the next Store Manager - this is the seat we promote from

What we're looking for
  • Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license
  • Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers - or the drive to build one
  • A natural leader: you'd rather help the team win than win alone
  • Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts

How it works
Apply here. We'll reach out within 24 hours. Come in, meet the Store Manager, see the store. If it's a fit, you can start by the end of the week!
At our Sport Clips stores, we offer more than just a job-we provide a career with strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, a steady flow of clients, great tips, performance bonuses, paid training, and ongoing education. Eligible team members also receive paid time off and access to health, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, disability, and life insurance. You'll enjoy a fun, supportive work environment with opportunities to advance into leadership, management, and training roles-all without needing to bring your own clientele.
Apply now - this is your next step up.
