Job description

Description The primary responsibility is to assist the Athletic Director with set up, program operation and clean up. An event workers primary responsibilities will include working the score table (Scoreboard or Scorebook) or working the entrance fee/check in table. Event workers will have a flexible schedule.

Typical events will take place Monday-Thursday depending on the sporting event season between 4:00pm-7:30pm. Applicants must be the age of 14 or older to apply. Event workers are needed for the following sports: Seasonal employment Fall Season Sports: Boys Soccer and Girls Volleyball (Sept.-Oct.) Winter 1 Sports: Girls Swim/Dive and Boys Basketball (Nov.-Dec) Winter 2 Sports: Boys Swim/Dive and Girls Basketball (Feb.-March) Spring Sports: Girls Soccer and Track Field events (April-May) Essential Job Functions Good communication skills General knowledge of various sports but not required Ability to relate well with the public Dependable Able to move equipment, chairs and tables for event setup and breakdown
