PARTNERSHIP SERVICES SPECIALIST (GEORGE MASON SPORTS PROPERTIES)

THE RUNDOWN

Playfly Sports is looking for a Partnership Services Specialist to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The Partnership Services Specialist will act as a main point of contact for clients & sponsors that have partnered with Playfly Sports at their property. This role will be responsible for client contract fulfillment, cultivating positive client relationships and performing other tasks as required on behalf of Playfly Sports Properties at the partnered high school or university.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Work with the General Manager to support and activate enterprise partnership agreements

Meet with clients to assist with developing key marketing objectives in alignment with contract obligations

Review corporate partner agreements to fulfill client benefits and develop & maintain relationship between partners and Playfly Sports Properties

Execute corporate partner promotions, including coordination of pre-game and in-game promotions with university athletics

Assist with or lead the planning and implementation of special events, sponsor promotions, including coordination of in-game promotions with property athletics department; May require additional guidance from direct manager depending on size of the property

Manage operational tasks related to contract processing and day-to-day office operations

Assist with the execution of marketing promotions with clients

Develop and assist with the execution of traffic building promotions with clients

Support team incremental sponsorship revenue push to exceed individual and team goals

Uphold and support by example a culture of hard work, creativity - always building team belief in the revenue goal

Collaborate with finance team to manage and process invoices

Obtain and manage all necessary proof of performance records to communicate success rates of partnership

Entertain and cultivate sponsors in various settings

Maintain CRM software to ensure data is up to date for reporting and metrics

Other job-related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor's degree required

Two (2) years of experience in sport sponsorship or entertainment fields

Outstanding communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint

Demonstrated professional sales presentation skills

TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit, stand, and walkup stairs

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Be available for game day Saturdays, evening athletic events and coach's shows.

Be available to travel for client presentations

Be available for hours and duties in correlation to the client fulfillment responsibilities of Playfly Sports Properties

COMPENSATION
