The Senior Director, Strategic Finance leads the organization's financial planning, forecasting, and performance management functions. This role is responsible for developing the processes, models, and insights that support executive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organization's financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Develop and manage the annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and rolling forecasts.
  • Build integrated financial models that connect business strategy, operational drivers, and financial outcomes.
  • Establish consistent planning processes, governance, and reporting standards across the organization.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to aid executive decision-making, capital allocation, and critical initiatives.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
  • Partner with business and operational leaders to evaluate investments, prioritize resources, and improve financial performance.
  • Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to advise strategic decisions.
  • Implement and optimize financial planning tools and reporting systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience at a leading investment bank or management consulting firm, followed by work at a complex, scaled operating company. Experience in sports and entertainment is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling processes and teams.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Strategic, analytical problem solver with strong business judgment.

Pay Rate: $180k - $215k USD.
