Operations Assistant - Scheduling
Operations assistants work with operations managers and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the efficiency of the processing of orders in a timely fashion. Meeting the in-hands dates of clients based on company standards and print shop abilities.
    • Add on orders
    • Alphabroder Addon orders
  • Processing of Returns
  • Make good investigation and processing
  • Processing Alphabroder orders
Expected Outcomes
  • Timely order processing and productivity
    • Getting orders out on time
  • Increased efficiency of the return process
  • Increased accuracy of accountability and increased awareness among separate departments for makegoods.

Measuring Performance
  • Reporting that monitors the efficiency of getting orders out on time based on when the client confirms artwork. - Ensure addons are properly scheduled.

TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.
