About the Role

Career Staffing Talent has been engaged to identify a Market President for a professional sports organization based in Augusta, Georgia. This executive will lead the franchise’s business operations, revenue strategy, market growth, and community presence.


You will be the senior business leader for the market, owning revenue, partnerships, fan engagement, and day‑to‑day business performance while partnering with ownership and executive stakeholders to build a high-performing, growth-focused organization.


What You’ll Lead

  • Set and execute the long-term strategic plan for the franchise in the Augusta market.
  • Own all major revenue verticals, including ticket sales, partnerships/sponsorships, and premium products.
  • Oversee business operations and fan engagement initiatives to grow the fan base and enhance the game‑day experience.
  • Build and expand corporate partnerships locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Serve as a key external representative with sponsors, media, vendors, civic leaders, and community partners.
  • Champion community programs, youth engagement, and charitable initiatives that reinforce the organization’s mission and values.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor leaders and staff; drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
