Job description


Ultimate Autographs, a leading sports memorabilia company specializing in authentic signed collectibles from some of the biggest names in sports. We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
This hands-on role is responsible for receiving incoming memorabilia shipments, inspecting products for accuracy and condition, and preparing customer orders for shipment.ย  The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
What You'll Do
  • Receive and unpack incoming shipments of sports memorabilia and collectibles.
  • Inspect product for damage, accuracy, and authentication documentation.
  • Verify incoming shipments against invoices.
  • Process product intake and apply labels as directed.
  • Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and meeting daily deadlines.
  • Create shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and warehouse organization projects.
  • Pick up office or warehouse supplies from local stores when needed.
  • Assist with special projects, including Mystery Box assembly and other production-related tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Success Looks Like
  • Customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
  • Incoming products are processed efficiently and without errors.
  • Memorabilia is carefully inspected and handled to maintain quality standards.
  • Warehouse areas remain organized, clean, and operational.
  • Team members can rely on you to follow through and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or fulfillment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product discrepancies or damage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and business software applications.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Shopify, shipping software, and Slack is a plus.
  • Interest in sports, collectibles, or memorabilia is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move products and supplies weighing 40+ pounds.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the workday.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
Note: This position does not involve forklift operation as a primary job function. The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, processing, and shipping sports memorabilia products.ย 
Schedule & Location
  • Location:ย  Burr Ridge, IL (In Office)
  • Schedule: ย Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmย 
    • 30 minute meal break
  • Hours:ย  40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as business needs require.
