Title: Acupuncturist โ€” Sports Medicine & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

Location: 345 Main Street, Madison, NJ 07940

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $55/hour (approximately $114,000โ€“$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience)

Schedule: 5โ€“6 days per week depending on office requirements and patient volume

Reports To: Director of Operations / Practice Ownership

Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center is a physician-led, multidisciplinary outpatient practice located in Madison, New Jersey. With 15+ specialty service lines operating under one roof, we deliver integrated, patient-centered care spanning sports medicine, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, interventional procedures, primary care, and diagnostic services. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of clinical excellence in a collaborative, multi-provider environment โ€” treating every patient with the sophistication, attentiveness, and continuity of care they deserve. As we scale toward a multi-site model, we are building a team of professionals who share our commitment to quality, accountability, and innovation.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed acupuncturist with a strong sports medicine and MSK rehabilitation background to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment and brings experience treating athletic and orthopedic patient populations.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive acupuncture evaluations and treatments for sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, pain management, and rehabilitation

Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other providers on integrated treatment plans

Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation in the practice's EMR (CureMD)

Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and Grand Rounds

Educate patients on treatment options, wellness, and injury prevention

Adhere to all state licensing requirements, HIPAA regulations, and practice protocols

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey acupuncture license (required)

Master's degree or Doctorate in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine from an accredited program

NCCAOM certification (required)

Minimum 2โ€“3 years clinical experience in a sports medicine, orthopedic, or multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting (strongly preferred)

Experience with MSK conditions, sports injuries, and pain management protocols

Familiarity with institutional billing (UB-04) environments a plus

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working alongside multiple provider types
