The Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition at ACU is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology to teach kinesiology and/or sport leadership courses in the Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree. A candidate with a doctoral degree is required. This is a 9-month full-time tenure-track faculty position. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to quality education of undergraduate Kinesiology students through excellent teaching in a Christ-centered environment.
General duties will be to teach a variety of Kinesiology courses which may include those in sport leadership, mentor undergraduate students, and nurture experiential learning and interprofessional education. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to quality education of undergraduate Kinesiology students through excellent teaching within the classroom and in the laboratory while fostering a Christ-centered environment. The Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition is committed to building a team of diverse faculty that represents our community, student population, and those we serve. A candidate with a doctoral degree is required.
