Sports Warehouse is looking for a talented, detail-oriented marketing graphic designer with Photoshop and Illustrator experience. Responsibilities include marketing graphic design for both web and print. Candidate must be a self-starter who can multi-task, work under strict deadlines, collaborate with a team, and has a good work ethic. 


Purpose of Position: 

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, and affiliate networks to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 
  • Create compelling print materials such as advertisements, promotional collateral, and event graphics to support marketing campaigns and drive audience interest. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Design graphics based on client-provided prompts, ensuring alignment with project goals and branding guidelines. 
  • Collaborate closely with clients to revise and refine designs until final approval is achieved. 
  • Develop a comprehensive suite of graphics for each project, maintaining visual consistency across all assets. 
  • Ensure all design work meets ADA compliance standards for accessibility across digital and print platforms. 
  • Maintain organized files and version control throughout the design process to support efficient project management. 
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. 
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and accessibility standards to continuously improve output and client satisfaction. 

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop 
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Illustrator

Work Environment 

This position operates in a fast-paced professional office environment. This is an inclusive and team-oriented environment, where communication and collaboration are key. The environment is designed to promote both focused work and creative brainstorming. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers/tablets.


Physical Demands 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must  be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of  this job:

  • Regularly required to handle objects, type on a computer, use tablets and phones and computer software. 
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.  
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).  
  • Frequently required to sit in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time,  in addition to occasionally moving about inside the building.  
  • May require standing for prolonged periods of time and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms while stringing racquets.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, bend, twist, reach, kneel, crouch or climb.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh less than ten pounds,  occasionally lift and/or move items that weigh between 10 - 20 pounds, and rarely lift and/or move items that weigh between 21 - 50 pounds.
