Work Environment

Located in the tranquil setting of Paradise Valley, our rehabilitation center is equipped with the latest tools and technologies, creating an optimal setting for recovery and growth. Enjoy a Monday to Friday work schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, where you will conduct therapies in an onsite facility designed to promote healing and athletic performance. You will benefit from focused, one-on-one patient care with no techs or aides, allowing you to maximize the therapeutic experience for each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive evaluations of athletes with both acute and chronic sports-related injuries, utilizing your clinical expertise to identify issues and create individualized treatment options.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans designed to facilitate efficient recovery and improve athletic performance, adapting strategies based on ongoing assessments.
  • Employ techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and sport-specific training to restore function and optimize performance for your patients.
  • Establish direct, one-on-one engagement with patients, ensuring personalized attention and involvement in their recovery journey to achieve superior outcomes.
  • Collaboratively work with coaches, athletic trainers, and physicians to create and modify rehabilitation programs, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Enhance injury prevention by introducing sport-specific techniques and applying return-to-play protocols systematically.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary and maintaining a record of all changes for effective documentation.
  • Participate in our formal mentorship program led by a fellowship-trained therapist, fostering lifelong learning and skill development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on athletes ranging from amateurs to elite competitors who seek rehabilitation for sports injuries or performance enhancement. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, with a preference for additional qualifications such as a Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT).
