Overview
Acrisure Arena is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of design and marketing materials for the Coachella Valley Lakers, the NBA G League affiliate of the Los Angeles Lakers.
This role is responsible for producing both digital and print assets that support marketing, ticket sales, partnerships, and game presentation initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about sports, storytelling, and fan engagement. This position will collaborate closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and enhance the overall fan experience in the Coachella Valley.
This role will pay an annual salary of $71,000 - $75,000.

This position will remain open until August 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce creative assets for the Coachella Valley Lakers, including digital, social, print, and in-arena materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns, ticket sales initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement efforts through compelling visual content.
  • Create graphics for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns aligned with team and NBA G League guidelines.
  • Capture and design real-time and post-game content to support game-day storytelling and fan engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets in alignment with team, league, and partner standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, partnerships, and game presentation teams to execute creative concepts.
  • Design materials such as signage, sales collateral, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and organize all digital assets, templates, and brand files.
  • Stay current on all design trends, tools, and best practices within sports and entertainment.
  • Represent the Coachella Valley Lakers and Acrisure Arena in a professional manner at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in sports, hospitality, entertainment, or a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Canva is required.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for digital, traditional print, and large-format outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to efficiently handle full production rollout, taking an admat and resizing it for use across a variety of channels and cross-functional needs.
  • Ability to coordinate projects with outside vendors and agencies, including acquiring project estimates and graphic/proof editing, printing, and delivery deadlines.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail; familiarity with project management tools and platforms like Monday.com, Trello, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make brand-related decisions and recommendations, and collaborate as part of a team environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
  • Must be able to work all home games and team events.
