  • You’re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
    • Business Administration
  • This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
  • Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
  • In addition to role-specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role  

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

Sales Operations executes a diverse array of strategic, analytical and operational initiatives that drive continuous improvement of the Sales Organization. Through the Spectrum Internship Program, Sales Operations will fully incorporate interns into high-performing teams to undertake impactful projects while providing them with ongoing mentorship and development opportunities. We are seeking critical thinkers with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills who will thrive in a respectful, collaborative environment that values high standards and effectiveness.

  • Sales Operations Data Analysts develop evidence-based business strategies using critical thinking, data analysis techniques, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R).
  • In this role you will gain experience extracting insights from data to solve complex problems, and providing actionable recommendations that have a meaningful impact on business processes and performance.
  • The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded analyst with proficiency in acquiring, managing, mining and visualizing data, as well as the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Required qualifications

  • Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R
