We are seeking an experienced Laborer to manage our complex and dynamic projects and grow with the company. Working Onsite from our Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office.

The Laborer will be reporting to the Director of Project Management at Tarkett Sports Construction. The Construction Laborer supports project teams by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site while assisting with general construction tasks. This role is essential to keeping projects on schedule and ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship are upheld at all times.

What You'll Do

  • Assist construction crews by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
  • Maintain both interior and exterior job site conditions throughout all phases of construction and renovation.
  • Perform site cleanup duties including piling lumber, sorting materials, loading/unloading deliveries, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning, and vacuuming.
  • Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and inventory job site materials.
  • Ensure all waste containers are properly managed, and debris is disposed of in designated construction waste bins.
  • Support site safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards or deficiencies to the Project Manager and Superintendent.
  • Perform light carpentry work as needed.
  • Assist with field installation work as needed.

Experience & Education Desired:

  • Proven experience as a construction laborer or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
