As a Sport Performance Intern, you can expect to be actively involved in assisting with athlete assessments, supporting strength and conditioning sessions, and collecting performance data under the guidance of certified professionals. Interns often help design and implement training programs, observe coaching sessions, and participate in team meetings to discuss athlete progress. This role offers valuable exposure to both the scientific and practical aspects of sports performance, and you'll frequently collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, and sports scientists, building a strong foundation for a career in sports performance or coaching.
