Job Description As Manager, Americas Marketing, you will support the execution of integrated marketing programs across the US, Canada, and LATAM. Sitting within the global Portfolio and Regional Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Marketing, this role helps connect global portfolio priorities with regional market needs. You will translate global campaign strategy, messaging, and architecture into locally relevant activation plans that support brand visibility, client engagement, and measurable commercial outcomes.

Working across regional business stakeholders, growth teams, alliances, and Global Marketing, you will help ensure campaigns are coordinated, well-executed, tracked, and optimized. The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B marketer with strong campaign execution skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed professional services environment. They are comfortable managing multiple channels and stakeholders, using data to improve performance, and applying AI responsibly to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Integrated campaign activation and demand generation Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to global strategy and Americas regional priorities. Translate global campaign architecture, messaging, and assets into locally relevant regional activation plans. Build and manage regional activation plans that connect content, events, digital channels, alliances, sales follow-up, and reporting into a coordinated campaign journey.

Support demand generation activity that contributes to qualified engagement, pipeline influence, and measurable commercial outcomes. Develop region-specific campaign activations where required, ensuring alignment to agreed messaging, audience priorities, and commercial objectives. Use AI confidently and responsibly to improve campaign quality, consistency, and efficiency, while critically reviewing outputs against brand, messaging, and commercial standards.

Field marketing Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, client events, and sponsorships. Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up to maximize engagement and pipeline impact. Support co-marketing activities with alliance partners where relevant.

Ensure events are integrated into broader multi-channel campaign journeys, with clear pre-event promotion, audience strategy, sales follow-up, and performance tracking. Performance, analytics and operations Execute and manage campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and lead tracking to support targeted marketing activity.

Ensure data accuracy and maintain robust campaign tracking and reporting processes. Monitor campaign performance, identify actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and commercial impact. Support regular reporting on marketing activity, performance, and pipeline contribution.

Stakeholder engagement Partner with regional business and growth teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and pipeline objectives. Manage multiple stakeholders within the region across practices. Collaborate across Global Marketing, acting as a key link between global and regional teams to ensure campaigns are coordinated, consistent, and effectively delivered.

Support regional sales and growth teams with campaign assets, messaging, event follow-up materials, and performance insights that enable stronger client engagement. Skills and competencies Strong understanding of B2B marketing within a professional services or complex organization. Experience planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to defined campaign architecture.

Good understanding of demand generation, buyer journeys, and account-based marketing (ABM) approaches. Ability to develop clear, engaging, and commercially focused marketing content, applying messaging frameworks and maintaining strong brand and visual consistency. Strong execution capability with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams, regions, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Analytical approach, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize activity based on insights. Ability to apply strategic messaging frameworks in campaign execution, with an understanding of how messaging supports broader commercial objectives.

Confident use of AI tools to support campaign execution and content development, with the ability to critically evaluate and refine outputs. Curiosity about audience behavior and how messaging, channel choice, and campaign journeys influence engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in regional or global marketing roles. A background in professional services, such as Big Four or major law firms, and/or B2B technology companies, such as HRIS, payroll, professional services technology, or similar, would be a distinct advantage. Additional Information This is ideally a hybrid role for candidates, if near a Vialto Office location.

However, the position can also be remote. Some in-region and international travel are required. This is a regular full-time position.
