Job Title: Delivery Director / Program Director
Job Location: Seattle, WA
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Min 4 to 5 years of work experience with US Healthcare domain is must
  • Aligning the programs objectives with the organizations strategic goals and developing a roadmap for program execution
  • Defining program controls procedures and reporting structures
  • Managing the relationships and dependencies between individual projects within the program
  • Allocating and managing resources human financial etc across the program and its projects
  • Identifying assessing and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact the programs success
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders including team members sponsors and senior leadership
  • Tracking program progress measuring key performance indicators KPIs and reporting on program status to stakeholders
  • Developing and managing the programs budget ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Leading and managing the organizational changes that result from the programs implementation
  • Ensuring that the outputs of the programs projects meet the required quality standards and align with the overall program objectives
  • Maintaining and managing all relevant program documentation
  • Providing guidance and support to project managers and team members within the program

Role Expectation :

  1. We would need more of Program and Delivery director to manage multi complex programs and managing VP level stakeholders.
  2. At least working experience of 2 or 3 large healthcare customers (Digital and Enterprise applications).
  3. Candidates who possess significant experience in managing engineering and modernization programs, particularly from the perspective of applications development.
