 Step Into Leadership | 3-4 Days/Week | No Overnights

Are you ready to take the next step in your veterinary career? Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining primary and urgent care, and we're seeking a strong clinical leader to help drive that work in Denver.

As Clinic Medical Director, you'll practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team. You'll have the autonomy to shape clinic culture, influence clinical standards, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our care model. If you're a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about modern veterinary medicine and building something meaningful, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What Makes Sploot Different

  • Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure every patient gets top-tier care
  • Mentor, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers 
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both pets and people thrive
  • Help Scale a Modern Veterinary Model - Influence how Sploot expands
