Join Our Team at Avera MarshallWe’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team and provide exceptional care to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.  Avera Marshall is a 25 bed critical access hospital; level 3 trauma center with a 10 bed behavioral health locked unit.  We are a 10 bed Distinct Part Unit (DPU) Adults 18+; Average length of stay is 3 days to as long as 60-90 days (uncommon) and we have a typical census of 5 patients in the hospital and a full clinic panel with a waiting list. We also have 2 NP's that will assist on the clinic side.
What You’ll Do
Delivering comprehensive Psychiatrist care for patients in an outpatient and inpatient setting
Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure continuity of care as well as work with support staff which include a Behavioral Health Tech, 1 Social Worker, Licensed Therapist, RN's, Dietician as well as OT/PT
Qualifications
•    MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in Minnesota
•    Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatrist
•    DEA certification (state and federal)
Schedule
•    7 AM rounding at hospital until noon and then clinic patients in the afternoon clinic hours are 
Monday- Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; call responsibilities during the work week start at 6 AM  from your home until 5 PM 
•    4 to 5 days per week 
•    No call after 5 PM during the week or on the weekends 
•    Split time between inpatient and outpatient
