- Deliver tailored speech therapy sessions concentrating on language, voice, fluency, and swallowing concerns.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to establish comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to encourage progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Participate in inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions as needed, ensuring seamless continuity of care along the treatment continuum.
