Description
Responsible for assisting the Dare Skate Supervisor with the operations and maintenance of the skating facility. Responsible for assisting patrons by working admissions, skate rental, skate floor guard, concessions, and the DJ booth. Provides information to patrons concerning facility operations, programs, policies, and resources.
Coordinates with Skate Supervisor for all necessary set up, including skate rental, admissions, concessions, skate floor, chairs, etc.
Assists with enforcing rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the facility.
Accurately documents and reports of accidents, injuries and incidents that occur to the supervisor.
Interacts tactfully with patrons of the program, including parents, security and fellow staff members; solving routine on-site problems that may occur.
Ensures the return of all equipment to storage and coordinates with staff to return facility to proper state; Completes facility check list and any maintenance requests.
Assists children and adult patrons as needed.
Assists with facilitating games/contests as needed.
Assists with set-up and breakdown of equipment.
Position is work as required without benefits. Requires working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, preferred; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Active CPR, AED and First Aid certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
This job is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment checks to include criminal history and background checks.

Physical Demands
