Environmental Foreman

Location: Multiple project sites (travel required)

About the Role

National Salvage and Service Corporation is seeking a hands-on Environmental Foreman to lead field crews in environmental remediation and industrial service projects. This role is ideal for a safety-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, outdoor environments and has experience managing crews and equipment on active job sites.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and supervise environmental field crews on remediation, spill response, and industrial cleaning projects

· Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards

· Coordinate daily job tasks, crew assignments, and equipment usage

· Operate and oversee equipment such as vacuum trucks, hydroblasters, and pumps

· Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and enforce PPE requirements

· Train crew members on proper procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation

· Complete and maintain required documentation (logs, manifests, reports)

· Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

· Monitor productivity and adjust workflows to meet project deadlines

· 3+ years of experience in environmental services, industrial cleaning, or remediation
