You will lead the design, development, and enhancement of SharePoint Online platforms and Microsoft Power Platform tools, delivering robust workflow automation and application support. [Responsibilities] - Develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and custom UI elements. - Design and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and create automated workflows using Power Automate. - Migrate, recreate, or enhance workflows from legacy Nintex environments. - Implement SPFx solutions with React and TypeScript as needed to customize and extend SharePoint functionality. - Support application deployments, migrations, and post-launch stabilization. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with apps and automated workflows, ensuring optimal performance. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user training material. - Collaborate with technical leads, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. [Required Skills and Experience] - Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development. - Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience (Master's degree may substitute for experience).
