About the Role:
The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at Pediatric Speech Lab plays a vital role in supporting licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children with speech, language, and communication disorders. This position focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist, ensuring that each child receives tailored interventions to improve their communication skills. The SLPA will engage with pediatric clients in a compassionate and professional manner, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes progress and confidence.
