Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services (CABATS) is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our team provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Virginia DD Waiver Consultation Services while working collaboratively to promote meaningful outcomes.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) provides speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). The SLPA implements individualized treatment plans, documents client progress, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary team members to support communication development and functional independence.
