Job description

Experience an engaging and flexible role supporting students as a hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time contract position is ideal for passionate professionals eager to make a meaningful difference both onsite and from home. Located just south of Washington DC, this assignment offers the perfect blend of in-person and remote work, with three days onsite in the school district and two days dedicated to virtual meetings, teletherapy, and collaboration from your home office.
Your expertise will support a dynamic and varied caseload, with school assignments and student age groups determined based on district needs. You'll play a vital role in helping students develop essential communication skills, all while enjoying the benefits of a hybrid schedule.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Virginia SLP license required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • Ability to balance in-person and teletherapy responsibilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Must complete a Virginia Department of Social Services background check and provide a recent TB test (time-sensitive requirements)
  • Experience with hybrid service delivery models a plus
Key Responsibilities:
