BCBA - Board Certified Behavior AnalysisPosition: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbout us:Join our team at Hills and Dales, a non-profit organization dedicated to building meaningful lives for people with disabilities. Hills & Dales Autism Program is currently seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).The BCBA is responsible for planning, administering, implementing, and evaluating infants, children and young adults, ages birth to adult, for all ASD programs and services within Hills & Dales Autism Services Program.Responsibilities: Complete Client Functional Analysis/Assessment/InterventionsCoordinate daily operations of work sites to ensure client safety and programming needs are met; ensures staffing is at necessary levels to meet quality standards.Provide leadership and supervision, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Write assessments and recommended behavior support plan components to interdisciplinary team as applicableEnsure behavior support plans and support services provided are in compliance with Individual Care Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsAssure Documentation of services is completed.Obtain required Re-authorizations with insurance & MCOs as needed.Plan day-to-day activities and communicates to othersConduct audits and reviews to ensure quality of service and consistency of policies as well as assesses the changing needs of clients.Requirements:Certified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) at the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) level or higher (Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctorate).Minimum of two years experience resulting in a well-established clinical background in the treatment of children with Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder.Knowledgeable in area of school curriculum, especially Strategies for Teaching Based on Autism Research (STAR).Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookValid driver's license.Why Join Us: This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
