We are working with a regional hospice provider to identify an Area Vice President of Business Development to lead sales strategy and census growth across three high-potential hospice branches in Iowa.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position. You can expect a compensation package of $115,000-$130,000 base salary plus bonus potential, company vehicle stipend, and full benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 marketers and liaisons across three Iowa branches.
  • Develop and implement a regional growth plan aligned with company goals and local market dynamics.
  • Analyze market share, referral patterns, and competitive positioning using CRM and industry tools.
  • Support business development team in building deep referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, case managers, and physician groups.
  • Collaborate closely with branch leadership and clinical teams to ensure seamless handoffs and service excellence.
