Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Bounce ABA Preschool Center Colchester, Vermont

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA Preschool Center in Colchester, VT.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:15 AM 4:45 PM
Pay: $22$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions
  • Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times
  • Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child's developmental goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • RBT Certification is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism, is strongly preferred
