OB/GYN Opportunity in New Hampshire | 377K+ Base + Additional Call Pay

Join an established women's health program with steady demand, strong midwife and APP support, and meaningful surgical volume. This full-spectrum opportunity offers a balanced clinical schedule, dedicated OR time, and a collaborative team-based care model.

Position Highlights

  • Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice including inpatient and outpatient OB, generalist GYN, and GYN surgery
  • Approximately 400 deliveries annually with equitable OB distribution
  • Midwives provide first-call coverage
  • Dedicated OR block time with no competition for access
  • Robotic surgery available and optional
  • In-house urogynecology support with established referral pathways for complex cases
  • MFM support available via telehealth
  • Level I nursery
Schedule & Call

  • Approximately 32 patient-facing hours plus 8 administrative hours per week
  • Clinic days typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with 14-16 patients per day
  • New patient visits are 40 minutes; follow-ups are 20 minutes
  • OR days typically 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Call shifts run from 7:00 AM-7:00 AM and are shared equally among physicians, with midwives serving as first call
  • Pediatrics covers newborn rounding
Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at 377,000
  • Sign-on bonus
